The Public Service Vehicles (Operators’ Licences) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

These Regulations amend the fees charged for public service vehicle operator licences granted under Part II of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981.

In determining the amount of fees specified in these Regulations, the Secretary of State has taken into account the costs of the functions listed in paragraphs 7 to 9 of Schedule 1 to the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009and has taken into account the matters listed in Schedule 2 to that Order in determining the costs of those functions.
