The Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) (Amendment) Regulations 2014
Section 5(1) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981 requires every traffic commissioner to publish such information with regard to the exercise of the commissioner’s functions as may be prescribed.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 5(1) and 60(1) and (2) of the Public Passenger Vehicles Act 1981and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 61(2) of the Act:
