The Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2014
These Regulations amend the fees payable under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) (Fees) Regulations 1995 in relation to goods vehicle operator licences granted under the Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995.

In determining the amount of the fees specified in these Regulations, the Secretary of State has taken into account the cost of the functions listed in paragraphs 44 to 46 of Schedule 1 to the Department for Transport (Fees) Order 2009and has taken into account the matters listed in Schedule 2 to that Order in determining the costs of those functions.
