The Mink and Coypus (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015
This instrument revokes in relation to England four sets of Regulations; three relating to the keeping of mink, and one relating to licence fees for the keeping of coypus.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State, with the approval of the Treasury, makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Destructive Imported Animals Act 1932, as applied under section 10 of that Act in relation to mink by the Mink Keeping (Prohibition) (England) Order 2004and in relation to coypus by the Coypus (Prohibition on Keeping) Order 1987.
