Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 12 of the Sea Fisheries (Shellfish) Act 1967, sections 1, 2, 10, 29, 34(7), 87 and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981, paragraphs 3(2) and 10(2) of Schedule 2 to the Water Act 1983and section 4(1) and, with the consent of the Treasury, sections 83(1), 85(1), 86(1) and (2) and 95(1) and (2) of the Water Act 1989.
