The Animal Health (Miscellaneous Revocations) (England and Wales) Order 2015

This Order revokes six instruments related to warble fly and two related to foot-and-mouth disease which are spent or otherwise superseded.

The Secretary of State, in relation to England, and the Welsh Ministers, in relation to Wales, make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 8(1), 15(4), 17(1), 23, 25, 28 and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981.
