The Seafarers' Wages (Amendment) Regulations 2025
These Regulations amend regulations 5(2)(b) and 14(1) of the Seafarers’ Wages Regulations 2024 (the “2024 Regulations”). These Regulations come into force on 1st April 2025.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(2) and 4(6) of the Seafarers’ Wages Act 2023.
