The Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) (England and Scotland) Regulations 2015
These Regulations revoke and replace the Plant Health (Fees) (Forestry) Regulations 2006 (S.I. 2006/2697) in relation to England and Scotland.

The Forestry Commissioners are designatedfor the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Union and make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by that section.
