The Plant Health (Fees) (England) Regulations 2014 (revoked)
These Regulations, which apply in England only, specify fees payable to the Secretary of State in the field of plant health. They revoke and replace the Plant Health Fees (England) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/494) (“the 2013 Regulations”) (regulation 9).

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes these Regulations, with the consent of the Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973.
