The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information (Amendment) (Northern Ireland) Regulations 2025
These Regulations amend the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/2617) (“the 2010 Regulations”) and the Energy Information Regulation (S.I. 2011/1524) (“the 2011 Regulations”) in order to implement the Windsor Framework.

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8C(1) and 8C(2) of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. In accordance with paragraph 8F(1) of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument has been laid before, and approved by a resolution of, each House of Parliament.
