The Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products and Energy Information Regulations 2021
These Regulations set out ecodesign requirements for specified energy-related products, and are an implementing measure for the purposes of the Ecodesign for Energy-Related Products Regulations 2010 (as amended).

For the purposes of paragraph (1) of Article 11 of the Framework Regulation, the Secretary of State considers that the conditions set out in paragraph (1)(a) to (d) are satisfied. The Secretary of State has complied with paragraph (2) of Article 11 of that Regulation.
