The Brucellosis Incentive and Pig Industry Restructuring (Non-Capital Grant) Revocations (England) Scheme 2015
This Scheme revokes three Schemes relating to brucellosis made under the Agriculture Act 1970 and one Scheme relating to pig industry restructuring made under the Agriculture Act 1988 and which are now all redundant.

The Secretary of State makes this Scheme in exercise of the powers conferred by section 106(1), and (10) of the Agriculture Act 1970and by section 1(1) and (2) of the Farm Land and Rural Development Act 1988and with the consent of the Treasury.
