The Brucellosis (England) Order 2015
This Order revokes and substantially re-enacts the Brucellosis (England) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/2055) (“the 2000 Order”) and the Brucellosis (England) (Amendment) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/618) in relation to England.

Enabling power
The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1, 6, 7(1), 8, 15(4), 28, 32(2), 34(7), 35(3) and 87(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981.
