The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014 (revoked)
This Order revokes the Tuberculosis (England) Order 2007 (S.I. 2007/740) and two related amendment Orders, and remakes as a consolidated Order with some changes.

The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 1, 7(1), 8(1), 15(4), 25, 87(2) and 88(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981and now vested in the Secretary of State.
