A consultation on draft directions to the social housing regulator, which will help implement key elements of the government’s package of reforms to social housing. These reforms include giving social landlords greater flexibility over the types of tenancies they may offer, introducing a nationwide social home swap programme, and enhancing tenant involvement and empowerment.
