This consultation gives landlords, tenants, lenders and others who have an interest in the social housing sector, an opportunity to influence how the social housing regulator will amend the Regulatory Framework.

The social housing regulator wants to make changes to the Regulatory Framework so that it continues to meet its statutory objectives and the regulation committee’s aim of protecting social housing assets.
The regulator is also consulting on a change to the Rent Standard and guidance as a result of direction by the Department for Communities and Local Government.
This consultation closes on 19 August 2014.
