Eurotunnel’s 2017 network statement

Directive 2012/34/EU1 moves the economic regulation of the Channel Tunnel under the joint responsibility of ARAF and Office of Rail and Road (ORR), respectively. To help with co-operation, the 2 authorities have created a bi-national committee.

One of the bi-national committee’s tasks is to review and prepare an opinion on Eurotunnel’s 2017 network statement.
