A19 Coast Road detailed scheme proposals

Proposals to improve the A19 and A1058 Coast Road junction. The objectives of the project are to:

• increase capacity
• improve journey reliability
• improve safety for both road users and local residents

Following previous consultation exercises, the Highways Agency announced a preferred route for this scheme in July 2012. Since this announcement we have developed the design further and now seek your views on our detailed scheme proposals.

All responses to this consultation will be considered and, where possible, will influence further refinements to the proposals.
