NATS licence: extension of the licence period and term changes

Seeking views on:

• extending the licence
• changing the terms

of NATS.

If agreed the changes will:

• increase the notice period after which the licence can be terminated from 10 to 25 years
• remove the restriction specifying that notice may not be served until the 20th anniversary of the granting of the licence
