Policy framework for price control period 7

The Office of Rail and Road (ORR) is consulting on the policy framework. The framework explains how ORR proposes to hold the national rail network infrastructure manager to account for the outcomes it must deliver for funding received for the next control period (CP7).

ORR is also consulting on a technical paper on the measures in its proposed CP7 outcomes framework.

CP7 covers the period from 1 April 2024 to 30 March 2029.
