WEEE compliance fee methodology: evaluation of proposals (2015)

Following a consultation in 2013, we implemented the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) target and compliance fee system. In July 2015, we invited stakeholders to submit proposals for how the compliance fee should work. We are now publishing these proposals and asking for views.

We particularly want views from:

• producers
• approved, authorised treatment facilities (AATFs)
• producer compliance schemes (PCSs)
• local authorities
• waste management companies
• re-use sector
