The West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange (Amendment No. 2) Order 2025
This Order further amends the West Midlands Rail Freight Interchange Order 2020 (S.I. 2020/511) (“the 2020 Order”), a development consent order within the meaning of the Planning Act 2008 (”the Act”).
