The Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No. 8) Order 2015
This Order is made under section 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (“the Measure”). Article 2 of this Order brings section 108 of the Measure into force which requires the Welsh Language Commissioner to have an enforcement policy document.
