The Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011 (Commencement No.5) Order 2012

This Order is made under sections 150(5) and 156(2) of the Welsh Language (Wales) Measure 2011. It commences provisions of the Measure that relate to the disclosure of information obtained by the Welsh Language Commissioner in the exercise of the Commissioner’s functions and provisions that relate to consultation with the Advisory Panel to the Commissioner. In addition, the Order commences a definition of the meaning of “compliance notice” for the purposes of those parts of the Measure that relate to Welsh language standards.
