The Transport Act 2000 (Air Traffic Services) (Amendment) Order 2025
Section 98(1) of the Transport Act 2000 (“the Act”) lists activities that are “air traffic services” for the purposes of Part 1 of the Act.

the Act The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 98(2) and 103(1) and (2) of the Transport Act 2000(“”), having consulted with the Civil Aviation Authority in accordance with section 103(8) of the Act.
