The Social Security (Reciprocal Agreement) (Isle of Man) (Amendment) Order 2018

The Isle of Man Pensions Act creates a new benefit called Manx state pension to which people in the Isle of Man reaching pensionable age on or after 6th April 2019 may be entitled.

Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 179(1)(a), (2), (3) and (5) and section 189(4), (5) and (6)of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, to order as follows.
