The Social Security (Reciprocal Agreements) Order 2016
Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014 creates a new benefit called state pension to which people reaching pensionable age on or after 6th April 2016 may be entitled.
Accordingly, Her Majesty is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 179(1)(b), (2) and (5) and section 189(4) and (5)of the Social Security Administration Act 1992, to order as follows.
