The Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment (Temporary Increase) Regulations 2023 (revoked)
These Regulations modify the Social Fund Winter Fuel Payment Regulations 2000 (S.I. 2000/729) to provide for an increase in winter fuel payments for the 2023-24 winter.
