The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016 (Amendment) Regulations 2017
These Regulations amend a transitional and savings provision in the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 6 and Transitional and Savings Provisions) Regulations 2016 (the “2016 Regulations”), which brought into force specified provisions of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (c.26) amending the Insolvency Act 1986 (c.45).
