The Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2015

These are the second commencement regulations made under the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015 (c.26) (“the Act”). Certain provisions came into force on the passing of the Act.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 160(1), 161(1), 161(2), 164(1) and 164(6) of the Small Business, Enterprise and Employment Act 2015and after consulting the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment in Northern Ireland, makes the following Regulations.
