The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025

These Regulations amend the School Information (England) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3093) to require maintained schools to publish a link to the school’s page on the Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool website which is maintained by the Department for Education. This amendment is made because the Schools Financial Benchmarking website is replaced with the Financial Benchmarking and Insights Tool.

Enabling power

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 537(1)(a) and (4) of the Education Act 1996.
