The School Information (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2020
These Regulations amend the School Information (England) Regulations 2008 (S.I. 2008/3093) to require maintained schools to publish information relating to the number of school employees who earn £100,000 or more, and to publish a link to the school’s webpage on the online Schools Financial Benchmarking service maintained by the Department for Education.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 537(1)(a)(i) and (4), and 569(4) of the Education Act 1996.
