The Representation of the People (Franchise Amendment and Eligibility Review) Regulations 2023
These Regulations make provision related to the change in franchise for citizens of the European Union for local government elections in England, and for Police and Crime Commissioner (“PCC”) elections in England and Wales.

A draft of these Regulations has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 201(2) of the Representation of the People Act 1983, section 333(3A) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990, and section 154(2) of the Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act 2011.
