The Recall Petition (Petition Officers’ Charges) Regulations 2024
These Regulations prescribe the maximum amounts which a petition officer may recover in respect of a recall petition under the Recall of MPs Act 2015 (“the Act”) in respect of a recall petition.

The Secretary of State, with the consent of the Treasury, makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 21(1) and (3) of, and paragraph 3(1) and (2) of Schedule 1 to, the Recall of MPs Act 2015.
