the 2022 Act The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(1), 3(2)(a), 9(7) and 77(2)(a) of the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure Act 2022(“”). A draft of these Regulations has been laid before, and approved by, both Houses of Parliament in accordance with sections 3(3), 9(9) and 77(5) of the 2022 Act.
