This Order amends the Price Marking Order 2004 (S.I. 2004/102), extends to Great Britain and comes into force on 1st October 2025.

The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers under section 4 of the Prices Act 1974, makes the following Order. The Secretary of State, in accordance with section 4(3) of the said Act has consulted in such manner and with such organisations as appeared to be appropriate having regard to the subject-matter and urgency of this Order.
