The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2026

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 302(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995, section 82OA(1) and (2) of the Energy Act 2008 , section 110A(1) and (2) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, and paragraph 7 of Schedule 4 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. The Secretary of State has obtained the consent of the Treasury in accordance with section 302(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995 and paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018. In accordance with paragraphs 12(1) and 38 of Schedule 7 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
