The Pollution Prevention and Control (Fees) (Miscellaneous Amendments and Other Provisions) Regulations 2015
These Regulations make provision to charge fees in relation to activities carried out by the Secretary of State relating to the environmental regulation of the offshore oil and gas industry.

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 56(1) and (2) of the Finance Act 1973, section 302(1) of the Merchant Shipping Act 1995and sections 67(2) and (3)(b) and 316(1)(a) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, and with the consent of the Treasury:
