The Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) (Amendment No. 2) Regulations 2012
These Regulations, which come into force on 19th November 2012, amend the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records and Registration) (Jersey) Regulations 2010 (“the 2010 Regulations”).

The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 113A(6) and 125 of the Police Act 1997as extended and modified by the Police Act 1997 (Criminal Records) (Jersey) Order 2010.
