The Plymouth College of Art (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 2014
This Order, made under section 122A of the Education Reform Act 1988, provides for the transfer of Plymouth College of Art from the further education sector to the higher education sector on 4th July 2014.

In accordance with section 122A(1) of that Act, it appears to the Secretary of State that the full-time equivalent enrolment number of the institution conducted by Plymouth College of Artfor courses of higher education exceeds 55 per cent of its total full-time equivalent enrolment number.
