The Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2015
These Regulations amend the Nitrate Pollution Prevention (Wales) Regulations 2013 (S.I. 2013/2506 (W.245)) (“the Nitrate Regulations”) and Conservation of Habitats and Species Regulations 2010 (S.I. 2010/490) (“the Habitats Regulations”).

The Welsh Ministers are designatedfor the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972in relation to matters relating to the protection of waters against pollution caused by nitrates from agricultural sources and the conservation of wild habitats and of flora and fauna and make the following Regulations under the powers conferred by that section.
