The Mid Devon (Electoral Changes) Order 2024
This Order gives effect to recommendations made by Mid Devon District Council (“the Council”) to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for related alterations to the boundaries between two county electoral divisions and between two district wards within the Council’s area.

the Council Under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, Mid Devon District Council (“”) made recommendations in a review to the Local Government Boundary Commission for Englandfor the related alteration of the boundaries between two county electoral divisions and between two district wards within the Council’s area. The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has decided to give effect to the recommendations and makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of that Act.
