The Cornwall (Electoral Changes) Order 2024

This Order gives effect to recommendations made by Cornwall Council (“the Council”) to the Local Government Boundary Commission for England for the related alteration to a boundary between two electoral divisions within the Council’s area.

the Council Under section 92(2) of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007, Cornwall Council (“”) made recommendations in a review to the Local Government Boundary Commission for Englandfor the related alteration of a boundary between two electoral divisions within the Council’s area. The Local Government Boundary Commission for England has decided to give effect to the recommendations and makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 92(3) of that Act.
