Enabling power
The Welsh Ministers make these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 11(6), 18(4), 22(8), 203(9)(a) and (b) and (10)(a) of, and paragraph 4(1)(a), (b) and (f) of Schedule 2, paragraph 4(1)(a) and (e) of Schedule 3 and paragraph 5(a) and (f) of Schedule 5 to the National Health Service (Wales) Act 2006.
