The Partnership Arrangements (Miscellaneous Amendments etc.) (Wales) Regulations 2024
These Regulations are made under the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (anaw 4) (“the Act”) and they amend the following Regulations—the Partnership Arrangements (Wales) Regulations 2015 (S.I. 2015/1989 (W. 299)) (“the Partnership Arrangements Regulations”);the Care and Support (Area Planning) (Wales) Regulations 2017 (S.I. 2017/56 (W. 26)) (“the Area Planning Regulations”);the Partnership Arrangements (Amendment) and Regulated Services (Market Stability Reports) (Wales) Regulations 2021 (S.I. 2021/198 (W. 46)) (“the Market Stability Reports Regulations”).
