The Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules Order 2024
This Order replaces the Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules Order 2009 (S.I. 2009/224), and the Schedule to this Order contains new rules (the Judicial Committee (Appellate Jurisdiction) Rules 2024) to govern the practice and procedure to be followed in relation to appeals to the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

His Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Him by section 24 of the Judicial Committee Act 1833, section 1 of the Judicial Committee Act 1844, section 17 of the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966and section 1 of the Brunei (Appeals) Act 1989, is pleased, by and with the advice of His Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:
