The Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) (Amendment) Regulations 2025

The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 8, 20(1) to (5A), 35, 86(2) and (4), 87(1) and (2) and 161(3) and (4) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008. In accordance with section 20(8) of that Act, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate. A draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament in accordance with section 162(3) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and was approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
