The Secretary of State makes this Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 34(1), (2), and (4), and 60(2) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004. In accordance with section 34(5) of that Act, the Secretary of State consulted those persons the Secretary of State considers appropriate.
