The Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 6) Regulations 2019
Regulation 2 of these Regulations commences sections 28, 33 and 34 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (c.10) on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made.

The Treasury, with the consent of the Lord Chancellor for the commencement of section 33 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018, make the following Regulations in the exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(5), (9)(b)(ii) and (10) of that Act.
