The Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2018
Regulation 2 of these Regulations commences section 14 of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 (c. 10) on 1st October 2018, and section 20 of that Act on 1st January 2019.

The Treasury make the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 37(5) and (9)(b)(i) of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018:
